Community · humans, not software

The Forge

A real community of practitioners — gathering virtually and in person, sharpening practice together.

The four engines are software. The Forge is people. CXOs, operators, and senior practitioners who use the engines in real businesses — meeting, training, and working alongside each other.

What it is

Four ways the community meets.

Events & gatherings

Annual summits, regional salons, dinners, and roundtables. Senior peers in the same room, working on the same kinds of problems — off-the-record, no slides.

Training & masterclasses

Multi-day programs led by veteran practitioners. Clarity-and-Lucidity craft, applied complexity, decision design — taught by people who have run it at scale.

Workshops on real cases

Small-group sessions where members bring their actual situations. Peers and facilitators help frame, diagnose, and pre-position. The Chatham House rule applies.

Peer network & mentoring

Curated introductions, peer circles, mentor pairings, hiring referrals. The kind of network senior operators rely on but rarely get to choose deliberately.

How it works

A curated community — not an open forum.

Membership is by application or invitation. The bar is operator seniority and willingness to contribute, not seat count.

Why the community matters

Software doesn't teach judgment. People do. The Forge is where practitioners sharpen each other — and where the conversation that shapes the engines happens.
