Origin

From framework to graph.

For decades, the work was the same shape: a CXO inherits a situation. The variables outnumber the time available to think. A consulting engagement produces a framework, a deck, a recommended path. Six months later, the deck is on a shelf and the situation has moved on.

The 386-intersection backbone emerged out of that practice — a taxonomy for organizing what kept repeating across industries, stages, and geographies. Six principles. Four dimensions. Sixteen sub-themes per intersection. The taxonomy worked. But the taxonomy is the index, not the body.

The body is the precedent. The cases. The root causes. The interventions that moved outcomes and the ones that didn't. After enough years, that body becomes a graph — and a graph is something a product company can carry, where a slide deck never could.

Simplexitude is the product that carries the graph forward.
