The role

Three things matter.

Architecture

Five agentic engines. A graph database that compounds. An MCP gateway that funds the company. Own all of it.

Stack

Next.js 15 · TypeScript · Claude/OpenAI/Gemini SDKs · Neo4j · pgvector · FastMCP. MVP under $500/month.

Team

Founder, one senior full-stack, one AI/agent engineer, half a designer. You close the remaining hires.

Must have
  • Production agent experience — Claude SDK + tool use, OpenAI Agents, MCP servers, or equivalent
  • Strong full-stack instincts (TypeScript / React / Next.js)
  • Built and scaled a vector retrieval system in production
  • Shipped fast on a small team with high ambiguity
  • Hires well — knows what 'A players' look like
Nice to have
  • Graph DB experience (Neo4j, Memgraph, or knowledge-graph at scale)
  • Background in B2B SaaS for executives
  • Familiarity with consulting workflows or decision frameworks
  • Open-source maintainer presence
  • Comfortable in front of CXO customers
First 90 days
  • Lock the MVP architecture · close two engineering hires
  • Stand up the 4-phase agentic flow end-to-end
  • Ship the S4all collaboration page (live doc)
  • Wire telemetry + outcome capture from day one
  • Pre-design the MCP server/client horizon for Q3
